Radiant Med Spa is seeking a talented, motivated, and client-focused Licensed Esthetician to join our luxury aesthetic practice in Valley Stream. Responsibilities:

• Perform customized facial treatments based on patient needs and skin concerns

• Conduct advanced laser facial treatments, including Helix and other resurfacing procedures

• Perform PRP-based skin rejuvenation treatments (experience preferred)

• Educate patients on skincare regimens and treatment plans

• Recommend appropriate skincare products and treatment packages

• Maintain accurate treatment documentation and patient records

• Ensure treatment rooms and equipment are maintained according to safety and sanitation standards

• Build and nurture long-term patient relationships

• Contribute to practice growth through patient retention, referrals, and social media presence

 

Qualifications:

• Current Esthetician License (required)

• Minimum 2+ years of hands-on esthetics experience

• Experience performing advanced laser treatments, including Helix or similar resurfacing technologies

• Experience with PRP facial treatments preferred

• Strong knowledge of skincare products, ingredients, and treatment protocols

• Excellent communication and consultation skills

• Professional, polished, and client-centered demeanor

• Existing client following or active social media presence strongly preferred

• Ability to work independently while collaborating with the practice team
